The future where most of the ground has been submerged due to the sudden rise in temperature caused by abnormal weather.

The world was managed by the World Government, and a society was built in which "humans" and "androids" equipped with the "kokoro program" that sprouted emotions in machines coexisted.

And-this is the entertainment tower "Babel".

"You", the most disciple of Esora Shibaura, a world authority on robotics, meets four androids that have been left out of function for some reason.

Four bodies that quietly stop the time without knowing what they were made for or why they are sleeping.

―― “You” accidentally awaken them.

Their challenge to "Babel" and their encounter with "you" will greatly change their destiny.
